The people who helped me were super nice and very welcoming. However, the recall was supposed to take 2 hours, then when I got there it was 3 hours and ended up 5 hours.

A word of thanks to Jimmy! My wife heard an awful noise coming from her Tucson and called Eckert in a panic. Jimmy took it all in stride. The next day he had a mechanic ride with my wife, diagnosed the problem and the vehicle was ready to go in a couple of hours. A great job much appreciated.

Love how fast you can get in and out of there with an appointment. Only thing I wish is someone would have washed and vacuumed my car after the recall, oil change and tire rotation. Other than that, great service.

We are currently limited by space at the moment due to the growth of the dealer(no automatic car wash), please let us know and we can hand wash and vaccumn vehicle. It does add some additional time but we will be happy to do it.
