Great service
I received the car as promised and it was even washed. Joseph went out of his way to change the battery on my key fob. Only complaint is that it took about 20 minutes to get my car brought up front which is rare. I’ve never had that happen before.

Re - verify what was written phone number in the work order. Sometimes phone in the work order is more accurate than the phone when it was buy.

I had an exceptional experience at this location. I received such great service. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and thorough. This location isn’t the closest to home but I plan on returning to this location exclusively for future services! Loved the experience and I am so grateful for it!

Service team was excellent
The service team explained all service work clearly and the work was done in the time they said. It would be fine. The only issue I had was with the WiFi being terrible, I recommend dropping off the car instead of waiting. The WiFi is not in the service teams control.

Service team did great, WiFi useless
The service was good and smooth but I had a 3 hour service so I brought my laptop to get work done. Could not even connect to basic level of internet. Did not get to make use of my wait time. The service is still good but with COVID you don’t have options to go offsite to get work done

Fast service
I was there Saturday around 2:30 because my battery dies. A lady help me at first, she said she couldn’t help me because they are wrapping up for closing but they close at 4.. So she ask me to leave the car there. Then she found another person to check me in because she need to leave. I’m glad he helped me because he was fast and professional, and he told me if it’s just a battery I can just wait and he will do it for me real quick. I was there for about 30 min it was completed. Saved me a Uber fee and time back on Monday.

I’ve though I had a good experience at this Dealership with my Daughters car and came back all the way from Rancho Cucamonga. Next time I feel like I should go to a dealer closer to me. Now that I look back at both services they were both recalls and we ended paying labor costs.

Always friendly, try to get maintenance done in timely manner, but update me with any changes along the way, I like that.
My mom used to work for Hyundai many years ago, for many years in corporate, one of the best experiences of her life. Seeing her happy, made me happy. Before she passed away from lung cancer in 2016, one of her wishes was to know that I was taken care of in a safe & dependable car, so she helped me build, find, & buy my perfect car. So EVERY time I'm at the dealer (& I go back to the same one EVERY time, PH Hyundai), I think of her, & feel I have her with me, & that makes me feel at peace.
