Just like every time I go to puente hills hyundai, the staff and service there is always perfect. From the first person checking in my car, to the last person dropping off my vehicle to me; it is always friendly smiles and hellos. Jae Lee in service is always very professional and his timing of when my vehicle will ve ready is always spot on.

On the weekend, I barely had time to go to get service, but I only got service from the wrong place, and I didn't check the place I asked for. Then I told him to come again on a weekday.

Crooked dealers, This will be the last time I purchase a vehicle from Hyundai dealership on the counter the sales person or not out to help you but to rip you off and disrespect you like they did me but I’ve got my attorneys looking into it.

  Thank you so much for the review. And I apologize for the inconvenience sales created....well, some of them we contributed too, it looks like..... Hopefully, after the re modeling, we have more and higher quality of amenities available to our customers and also minimized the waiting time.
  However,  I just want to let you know that this review is solely about your service experience.  I can see most of your frustration was with sales and they have their own version of review.... If you give us opportunity, Service department will make up the frustration you had with Sales.  I will ask Jae to follow up.
