Ty, the Customer Service Guy was great, the speed of work was not
Bring in your car then walk to the movies, it will take hours no matter how minor or complex your service. But if you ask for Ty you will be treated well and kept informed.

Went to take care of my 2016 Hyndai Elantra . Did a great oil / flush job .
I plan to trade it in and Get a new car next year
There are many dealerships that rip you off and but not Holler , they are like family and never use any extra / pressure tactics and keep it real

Ty Orchester (sorry, I think I spelled that wrong)
Ty works in the service department at Hyundai and he consistently is super helpful and attentive whenever I go in for an appointment. He was especially helpful this time and thoroughly explained everything to me being that my dad wasn’t there and usually handles things with my car. He’s so kind, sweet, and really cares about customers. He genuinely wants to make sure that you leave the dealership 110% satisfied with your vehicle in the best condition possible. Keep him!! :)

Though the product is wonderful because it's such a great value, I imagine that it's also because the Hyundai Corp. offers good support and guidelines. I will say that Holler is the BEST dealership that I have had the pleasure to experience. With over 40 years of driving, 10 new cars (incl. Infinity, Land Rover, Toyota, Chevrolet, GMC, Dodge) and the daughter of a mechanic (and a pit boss for racing) in California and Hawaii, your service team is awesome in terms of care, honesty and deliverables. Please keep doing what you do and continue to set the Gold Standard. Thank You and Mahalo!

From buying my car to servicing my car at Headquarter Hyundai (who suck), HOLLER HYUNDAI is amazing! The attention to detail was second to none! They know how to treat their customers. I never once felt pressure from looking at the new cars, to them alerting me that I needed an oil change. They weren't demanding at all. They gave me the knowledge to CHOOSE to have it done there or elsewhere. Amazing difference in this dealership. They seem to really care. No pushy salesmen. I looked inside and out of a new Hyundai and the sales guy kept his position. I knew IF I wanted to talk to him, he was there. Their prices are great, too. No haggling! But the service center was just perfect. Greeting me with a smile. Covering my car seats and floor so as not to mess anything up. Text alerts for status on my car (thanks Ty). Brought it in this time for a recall issue. They never once pressured me to do anything else. They just alerted me that my oil hadn't been changed in several months. Nothing more! Just amazing experience. At Headquarter Hyundai, they had me signing BLANK FINANCIAL FORMS! Insisting that I was the only one who wouldn't do that. Yes, they ARE that bad. HOLLER HYUNDAI you are a breath of fresh HONEST air. I greatly appreciate Ty taking care of me and assuring me every step of the way, that they were there to HELP me. EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE. I will be back for all of my service needs AND my new Hyundai.
