Happy with my service so far
I trust that Hyundai will better care for my Hyundai car. Not quite as convenient as a drive through oil change, but I trust the quality and don't have to fight off the up-sell. I was surprised its about the same price , especially if I use a coupon or special. Everyone very courteous and friendly.

Good dealer service reps.
Wait time longer then expected. Might have been they over booked this day and time.
Would be nice if they updated their broken furniture in the waiting room. Also if they had up to date reading material and the daily news paper to help pass the time.

I have pulled your invoice sir and yes i would agree a oil change taking 2 hours would be long. You also requested us to rotate your tires and balance then as well and to perform a multipoint on your vehicle. These additional services take more time sir.
