Had to return car for service after the front wheel bearring was replaced under warranty
service guys were great. I had to bring the car back after the front left wheel bearring was replaced because of a metal grinding sound. However service was able to get me in and the mechanic that replaced the wheel bearring took a test ride and heard the noise and was able to fix the issue.

Bought a second new/used car from them. And unlike the previous dealership where we bought the first Hyundai, they have been very good and helpful with everything. Including tracking down our cars previous owner to get the second key and remote for us. No pressure to get extra repairs done that aren't necessary.

Overbooked service turns into long waiting times
Eckert Hyundai service is being really good so far and personal is very friendly.
Anyhow in my last service I was waiting one and a half hour for a simple oil change and tires rotation.
Feedback to the service manager: Don’t overbook more than what your personnel can handle.

I am sorry you had to experience an extended visit that day sir. We try our very best to get people turned around quickly. We know your time is valuble and we need to respect it. Saturdays are a bit more challenging, we have added a new staff member to have that corrected for future visits.
