This was a battery issue in an older vehicle, one in which spending resources chasing down problems must be weighed against the limited value of the car. Jeff (and his team) respect this reality while striving to fix the flaw. This is great customer service and my car is ready to go, 48 hours after asking for help (triage is another strong attribute).
