Diagnostic Assistance

Robb was super helpful during the diagnostic process of figuring out why my check engine light was on. He reached out to multiple Hyundai dealerships and deduced that this might be covered under a warranty and he got me in contact with a service advisor at Balise Hyundai to schedule the car coming over to them. He went out of his way to help me with this when some other shops might have just written up a quote and tried to get me to do the work through them. I appreciated his help very much!

Diagnose low heat problems.

They did a quick diagnosis and realized a very extensive, and expensive, dash removal would be required to repair the problem. Given that the car is 25 years old we opted to pass on the repair for now. We got the car back the same day and there was no charge! Awesome

Help when I needed it the most

The other day I had an issue with my vehicle starting. I figured it might be the battery but wasn’t sure. I called Veryl’s and spoke with Rob. He had me bring the vehicle right away and sure enough it was the battery. They took me right away replaced the battery and did a vehicle check. This was all done in just over an hour. Thank you again for the super fast service.

Super Helpful!

I've been brining my cars to Veryls for 4 or 5 years now, and I always have a great experience. Obviously, getting a car repaired can come with stress, but they have always made me feel heard and give service that's worth the dollar amount. I bought another car about a year ago, and from the very beginning, I had a negative experience with the dealership. The check engine light came on as soon as I drove it off the lot. Getting the dealership to help was like pulling teeth. It got to the point where I could not work with them anymore. I finally decided to take my car to Veryls. They were extremely helpful, and kind. And my car was all set within the day! I am so thankful
