I made the appointment the night before. I was greeted by a representative promptly and directed to my service representative, Javer. Javer checked my service record and told me I needed an oil change this visit. The service was preformed and vehicle washed. As always, I was treated very well by your dealership.

My usual service people have left the company so I met Rick for the first time. I am very happy with his service. I like going to PH Hyundai for my car maintenance because the people at the service dept. seem trustworthy: willing to listen, explain and negotiate.

Best service department in Socal.
I have been to a couple other Hyundai service dept. but Puente Hills hands down is the best of the best. Honesty, respectful and caring. They keep their promise and puts the customer first!
