Turning a negative into a positive.
i was initially dissatisfied with the availability of of loaner cars when getting service on my Equis. Had failed to secure one after three attempts by phone. When I showed up for a service appointment I made online and complained your service people did everything, in their power to help. The service rep, Mica, secured me a loaner, apologized profusely for the inconvenience, and assured me it would never happen again. The service was taken care of with Mica keeping me informed every step of the way. Despite the initial disappointment things turned out great. I will continue to have my car serviced there and will lease my next Hyundai at this dealership.

They didn't even wash car. They did vacuum inside of car but outside of windshield was really dirty and front hood as well.

Great Dealership
I had a problem with one of my speakers and the car was still under warranty. I asked if I could bring it in ASAP because it was driving me nuts. They got me in the next morning. The freaky young woman working the service department is always amazing, and extremely helpful. The few times that I have to bring my car in (lets face it, it's always a hassle) they make it really easy.

Jim the Customer Service Department Employee was phenomenol, his answers and underetanding to our issues was awesome and great customer service skills!!!!!
