Kevin Does a great Job and is concerned about the customers. He treats them well.
Someone apparently not at Hyundai told me as mentioned that the parts for my car were not in yet, until I called the parts department.

Not So Much Rairdon's But Rather Hyundai
I've had transmission/clutch problems since day one. Each time I'd tell Rairdon's about it, the response was always the same--We'll look at it but there's nothing we can do. I asked Rairdon's to please record my concerns and was assured they would. They did--once. Finally, I was told Hyundai would make it right, that I needed to leave the car overnight (the problem exists when engine is cold). When I went there the next morning and a transmission tech and I took it for a drive, lo and behold, for the first time ever, no hesitation and no jerking. They told me they did not drive it but I wonder if they let it idle for a while.
Afterwards, Hyundai contacted me to say there was nothing wrong found and the case was closed. I think it sucks because hyundai knows they have a ton of trouble with their double clutch and they will do everything they can to keep their money.

The service department at Rairdon's did a great job of diagnosing and repairing our vehicle. I would highly recommend them if your Hyundai needs repair work performed...and I don't often say this about a dealership's service department!

I'm on a budget and I bought this car last yr used from a private owner without knowing what to expect from the car..there were several problems but Kevin helped me determine which were necessary and what time frame I had for other repairs and services my car would need..helps me to feel comfortable dropping off my car to a dealership to do my repairs.mive always heard horror stories about the cost of repairs and such but so far things have been fairly comparable

Good experience, excellent communication and staff.

"Shop fee" charge of $50 is obscene. This is not a reflection on the people who worked on or coordinated the work on the vehicle. Only on owner/management who determines these things.

Kevin put me at ease.
Kevin, the fellow I dealt with, made me feel at ease and was helpful in explaining about what needed doing and how to save money. Plan to call back though, regarding the interior ceiling light not working unless I press a button on the driver side door frame, which is a problem for me in the dark.
