I was really impressed by Kelly who was assisting me in my vehicle maintenance. She kept me updated at all times and was very knowledgeable. Her customer service skills are off the chart and friendly demeanor along with making you feel like an important customer was very impressive. I will always bring my vehicle along with telling my friends of the very enjoyable service that is given at this location.

Great service
The drop off of our car and ride home was very convenient as was the picking up to get us back to the dealership. Kelly did a good job for us.
The only thing I believe is needed, is to sanitize the car before we pick it up. That would make it more comfortable for us.
The service has always been great over the years that I have been dealing with Earnhardt and it still is.

I brought two cars in for Service. Nazy, the Service Coordinator was patience with me and listened . I was more concerned about my daughters car because she was visiting me in Arizona and to drive back to Colorado Springs. It was during the holidays and she made an appointments to service my car and my daughter's care in few days. Thank you for inspecting our cars and doing all the service work . I felt great that my daughter would be safe driving back to Colorado.

Management reaches out
I was surprised and pleased that the Service Manager at Earnhardt Hyundai immediately contacted me regarding the issue and concerns I had following a recent oil change visit.
He thoughtfully apologized that the staff, during my time waiting in the showroom, had not met his guidelines and expectations regarding health safety during Covid-19 pandemic. A meeting with the staff has already been conducted to emphasize and remind everyone of the behaviors expected. I was also told that chairs have been placed outside for customers who need or wish to further social distance.
Regarding my questions concerning the Class Action Settlement:. requires a lengthy explanation, which I was provided. In short, my car has already had the adjustment needed and as a result, Hyundai is providing a lifelong warranty on the engine...WOW!!

My worries and questions have been kindly and promptly responded to by management and I am again a "Happy Customer"
