Stood behind the product and followed thru in a very timely manner to ensure that all of my concerns were addressed and fixed. Michael S involved himself personally in the process from initially bringing in the vehicle for service to ultimate delivery of the vehicle with the initial issue completely rectified. It was very reassuring from a customer perspective to have someone stand up and take responsibility for seeing the problem from initial identification through ultimate successful resolution.

They treated my daughter perfectly
We purchased a 2020 Kona for our daughter last October and this was her first service experience, from the moment we arrived everyone treated her with the utmost respect and never once talked down to her, they took the time to explain to her exactly what service was required.
I was very impressed and my daughter came away with memories of a truly lovely experience.

Exceeded expectations.
My service rep Kelly was so friendly and reassuring. Very helpful and had me in and out in 10 minutes. I was on the highway when my check engine light came on. I pulled off and went right to the dealer 30 minutes before the service department closed. I was greeted right away and immediately given a loaner car. I was back on the road in no time like nothing had happened. I was so happy!
