Could not have been better
Kelly was terrific. My appt was for 11:30 but I had to drop it off first thing in the morning on my way to work. Maintenance was done by 11:00; 30 min before the were even scheduled to look at it! Courtesy met me at my house and took by back to dealership. Cost was exactly what I was told it would be.

Kelly made me feel very wel CV one and list er ned to my description of my issue. She also called and told me when it would be ready. A ride was provided by Gary and I am pleased with how the car is performing.

Well we certainly try to make it suck as little as possible.

Like going to the dentist it is something to be endured, but we are glad that our staff and ammenties make it at least bearable.  Thank you for chosing us and we look forward to sucking less and less each time you come.

Outstanding Service
I have found Mike Southern, service manager at Earnhart Hyundai, to be very professional in my dealings with him. I am from a tiny town in the Midwest and find that Mike runs his department as if he came from a small town in that he treats customer with respect and if they were his neighbors. Best of all, the dealership prices for services have either been the same or lower than auto repair shops in the area.
