Car was evaluated immediately after being towed to the dealership and I was advised of the prognosis with a repair timeframe. This was very helpful as I live in Jacksonville. I greatly appreciated my service advisor, Tunde O'Connor, had a loaner ready for me when I arrived and left my 2013 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport for it's 60,000 mile service. She went over my previous records and didn't have anything extra done that was previously done. I was able to run my Christmas errands and my vehicle was ready for pickup that afternoon.

Exceptional dealer
We were traveling from Virginia to Florida when the starter burned up. This happened on a weekend and had car towed to this dealer. They were able to fix the problem and coy not have been more gracious. Definitely impressed with all staff we worked with.

Brought my vehicle in without an appointment as the parking brake alarm was sounding all the time, even though brake not engaged. They replaced a switch and I was essentially out within an hour, including a free car wash. Kudos to the Service Writer and the maintenance people.
