Let me first say that an oil change duration is one hour and wiper blades are around 15-20 minutes depending on the difficulties taking them off and putting them on. Neither are excessive and the times allowed are standard within the field. I'm not sure what you were expecting but the standard times mentioned above allow the technician to perform a professional job on a customers vehicle. Your advisor read your survey and recalls mentioning to you that the service would take an hour to an hour and one half. Maybe there was some type of communication issue present. As part of our process I'm sending you a re-score survey. Should you givbe the advisor 5 stars the average score would come to a 4. 4 is still a failure on the advisors part and after speaking with him about your comments, he understands the importance of the customer knowing what the waiting time is.

Thank you Brandon for your review. The tech in question is our shop foreman for 12 years I cannot accuse him with no evidence. So I have my IT guy pulling up the cameras to see what took place. In the interim can you fax me a copy of this previous service visit to help me decide what took place showing the filters and tires changed? Let me know. Thank you.

I'm sorry we didn't tell you that all oil and filter changes take up to an hour because it includes a free multi point inspection which includes removing your wheels to inspect your brakes,topping off your fluids,inspecting your drive belts,checking for any leaks,measuring tire depth etc as for the time outside the car is pulled out by the tech then the tech fills out the paper work for the inspection than hands it in to the advisor to print out for you. If you want just and oil and filter change and skip the inspection we can accommodate you in the future and cut the time down to a half hour. Good Afternoon, We've read you survey and have attempted to contact you via telephone but the individual that answered stated you have not lived there for some time.
