Good Honest Work
Voss does good work and they have proven to be honest. This time I felt it took a little to long for the service. It was a little over an hour for an oil change and tire rotation.

I did take a look at the total service time that you were in for, normally an oil change and tire rotation do take just under an hour, but you also had a recall for software update and that is what took the addition time. Unknown noise issue for 2013 Sonata
I mentioned about a noise (not sure about the origin of the issue) problem which i explained to service manager. I was later told to replace the rear break pads, rotors which is fine, but the actual noise issue is not resolved yet. When i asked them about this, they told it has nothing to do with tires and it may be the tire noise itself. All 4 tires are brand new Michelin tires and they are just a month old. It would have been better if they would have identified the root cause and a solution for this problem. I had been servicing my car in Voss Hyundai since 2016. Have to think about my future visits here.

I always get great service from Voss Hyundai. I did not like the high battery expense. That may be out of Voss's control. It is the most expenseive battery I ever owned. Excellent service though.

Good Experience
My car had about 7 different recalls on it and I was quoted by another dealership of having to keep the car for a minimum of 3 days. When asked if they gave loaner vehicles I was instructed they do not for recalls.

However when I got to Voss that was not that case. They indicated all the repairs and checks would be completed by the end of the day. We also asked if the car needed to be kept longer do they provide loaner cars. The service tech said when they keep a car overnight they provide a loaner car.

All in all the experience was very time effective and informative!
