Customer service at its best...
Because my car wasn’t going to ready, do to a part that needed to ordered overnight. I was given a loaner for a day, until my car was complete. I wasn’t expecting the loaner but was very happy I did. I drive a 2020 Hyundai Tucson and I enjoyed every min of it. With all to cool features my old car doesn’t have, it was a pleasure to drive something new.
When its time i will definitely buy my next car at Lia Hyundai in Hartford.

Love My Dealership - Lia Hyundai of Hartford
The staff is excellent and they are exceptionally knowledgeable in their service. They are very accommodating. They care about the person as much as they do the car. I felt very safe waiting for my car - considering the pandemic and I am highly immune compromised.

friendly customer service
i was treated with kind from the technician. no pressure whatsoever from him to perform unnecessary work. the sticker on the windshield stated that the vehicle was sanitized after the oil change. thank you for that.

availability of appointment options
even though this dealership is the farthest from me, it seems they have a better selection of appointment options then the other dealerships in my area. And, it's faster! The staff is always friendly and accommodating.
