I had a issue that resulted from a miscommunication and Mike in service took time to listen to my concerns and worked quickly to resolve them. This is first class customer service that I received not only today but for 4.5 years that I have been a customer of Rick CasebHyundai in Roswell, Georgia!!!
Love the staff at Rick Case Hyundai in Roswell, GA. Friendly, courteous and know me and my car. This is my second Genesis from Rick Case and I like my experience so much, my son bought a Hyundai from them.
I just bought a 2021 G70 Genesis. This is the fourth Hyundai/ Genesis vehicle I've owned. My wife currently has a CPO 2014 Equus.
Both cars are currently serviced at Rick Case Hyundai/ Genesis of Roswell. Mike Ennis is my service writer and always makes sure our cars are well maintained and that our loaner cars are available when needed. We've used the concierge service to have loaner cars dropped off and our cars picked up and it makes life so much easier when you are running a tight work schedule.
Mike Ennis has proven to is that Rick Case cares about his customers.
We have four Hyundai’s all from Rick Case. During warranty time of course we would take our cars into the dealership for service, but a couple of them are now out of warranty. Yet, we still return because your service advisors care, actually remember us, and always take good care of our cars. Particular service advisor stand outs are, Michael and Ian. Also, Drew and André we’re outstanding while they were there, though I don’t believe are there any longer. Anyway, keep up the good work.
Brake replacement completed in less than 2 hours, and pricing was better than expected due to $100 in rebate coupons provided by dealership. Have had my Santa Fe serviced at Rick Case for the past four years, since moving to Georgia, and all of my service experiences have been excellent. Work performed in a timely manner with no problems after completion. Service staff have always been very friendly and helpful.

I called first to order a spare tire for my elantra. That was done lightening fast. The next day I came by and it was installed. While there I made an appt for my 75k check up. They accormodated my time needs.
I brought the vehicle in on time, work proceeded promptly. The only snag was correcting a problem resulting from a non-original nut having been used on one of my tires by a "cheaper" service location. Lesson learned!
Mike Ennis the service writer took in my wife's Equus brought in on tow truck due to a bad alternator. Mike and his mechanic got the alternator on before closing so my wife could have her car back same day.
