Good people and service. Need to tweak customer communication.
Service seems to be a little distance. Sitting in waiting area I was texted yes or no on replacing filters. Told a service over $100.00 is needed, again asked yes or no answer. Not a strong dealer-customer contact. Mario was able to have oil change meet my tight schedule. He performed well. My complaint is using text rather than face to face when I am sitting 60 feet away for both questions.

Mario is still the best!!
Mario is great!! I never ever have any complaints but this time I have one. I know that the service guys dont have to wash our cars during an oil change and believe me they always do a superb job but this last time I am not sure what they did but something was smeared all over my hood,windows, sides of the car.It took a lot of rubbing to get this off.Almost like they used an oily rag. So I hope this doesn't happen again.Never have any problems and like I said I know they dont have to wash my car but please be careful what u wipe on my car.Thank you.

Too much time, need improvement
1 h and 45 min is too much time for an oil change and a tire rotation. Having problem with the oil pump is not an excuse, you have to have a backup plan because oil change is the main part of your job. This apart, the rest was really good.
