The service dept at Fletcher Hyundai has a friendly staff and they do a good job. I wouldn't recommend purchasing a Hyundai product though. They do not stand behind their product. I have had problems with my vehicle for some time now and they say the problems are normal and I know they are not. I have owned many new and used vehicles and I have never had issues like I am having with my Hyundai. Poor customer service from Hyundai headquarters.

After my initial review the service manager and staf contacted me immediately with an apology and a course of corrective action. In addition the Dealership compt an oil change and car wash, thank you but not necessary. The guys were great.

Our purchase experience was my very good but we would try them again.
It was a good experience however, I had to pull over and latch the hood after I left the dealership. In addition, there was lubricant on the steering wheel as well as the dash. I was remiss in notifying the service manager.

Only Hyundai dealer in town
It's Joplin. What can I say? Glad to have someone in town to honor the warranty and service my Hyundai Sonata. They seem to be very busy most of the time. Almost chaotic. Seems like that if parts are needed, they have to be ordered.

everything went well but there was no space to sit since they are remodeling the place but this has been going on for a while now. I also had to go back for my sticker to be put.on the windshield for how many miles I had to go before my next maintenance. other than this I was Tha kful for my maintenance on my car.

My husband Joe and I always get quality service from Michael and his customer service team. Our relationship started few years ago when we brought our 2017 Hyndai Elantra in for service and he (was a salesman at that time) and we ended up trading it in for our current model 2019 Hyndai Sante Fe which we currently love. Although time has changed the economy , Michael has always given us quality service that exceeds the norm.
