Wheel alignment performed while I waited
Needed a wheel alignment for my new tires (purchased elsewhere because it's a brand they don't carry). Arranged to have it done while I waited at the beginning of the day on a weekday. They did just that, and I am grateful. Kevin always takes good care of me! And so do the techs. Prefer to get all mu car care at Rairdon's Hyundai of Bellingham!

Rairdon's Hyundai is a spectacular place to do business and the staff is outstanding! We will never do business with any other company, whether purchasing another vehicle or having our Hyundai's serviced. The employees here make us feel like family every time we walk in the door. We have been purchasing vehicles for over thirty years and have never had the outstanding level of service that we have had with the staff of Rairdon's Hyundai. Kevin and the service crew (and Gary, shuttle driver) are top-notch! Excellent advice and work, nice people, very communicative.
I had bought a "new" car (2011) and needed it gone over, plus the obvious oil change and a few things I could tell. AND I was towed in because it had permanently stalled at a traffic light. Kevin and crew got me going again with a complete lookover of the car, telling me what was important and what could wait. I did it all, though, because as much as I like going to B'ham Hyundai I didn't want to be scheduling another appt in a month or so. I had another car to drive, too. The car is running great (the towing was because of a shorted out crank position sensor, which could happen to anyone)!! This dealership service dept rocks!
