New ride!
It was such a good experience. This is the second time with this dealer. Jason was my sales guy, and it was so nice to meet him. He understand my needs and was able to help me with the best option. Very courteous and I never fell I was obligated to make a decision like with other sales guys, that makes the experience not positive. I did a trade in with an Elantra and came out with a Tucson. So happy with my new ride!.

Napleton was on the ball sending me notice of an important recall. When I first made the appointment online I received the reminder but no phone call telling me the part had to be ordered. I showed up for my appointment only to find this out and then had to reschedule. The second time was much better. My regular service adviser, Nicolas, was in this day and after I explained the last appointment issue he immediately got my car in the back and they had it done in record time, 30 min. I know better now in the future to just call him directly to make my appointments instead of doing it online.

I would highly recommend this dealership for service
I have had multiple wonderful service experiences at the West Palm Beach Hyundai dealer, this past Wednesday being the most recent. No matter who I have dealt with from start to finish the staff have been knowledgeable, professional, and have gone out of their way help me with questions. They are always courteous and catering to my car's every need large or small. The customer service has been nothing but exceptional especially when I got assigned to work with Nicholas Palermo the past two visits.
