My Impression of the whole incident.
When I first called into the service guy I had to repeat myself two to three times. It was like he was distracted and he was. He sped me through the process hurriedly and as I said before, he told me it would take four hours. After five, I called and an hour later he called back. Kind of unsettling. In contrast the shuttle drivers were both very friendly and nice. They made the rides pleasant. Kudos to them.

Excellent facility and warm welcome
I had a lovely visit when bringing my 2018 Hyundai Tucson to the dealership. Norm gave us a timeline and it was on par with the time that it took to get our service done. I was a little upset when I got home and found out that the smart lift gate was not working since I had not had any issues prior. I called Norm to ask if something had inadvertently been disconnected or if there was a quick fix over the phone after I went through the manual and verified that all settings were turned on properly. Norm advised that he would not be able to diagnose the issue over the phone and I would need to bring it in which was not convenient as we were leaving for the summer the next day. UPDATE: The smart gate started working again after 2 days of being on the road. Unsure what tripped it or what happened but it is something I will keep an eye on to ensure there is nothing glitchy going on. All in all, great facility and great customer service.

Made an appointment for this service, the first for my 2018 Santa Fe. Service was busy that day so it took a while to get my car in. Was grateful that they washed my car as part of the service but that added more time than I expected. I like that they have coffee and pastries available.

Service is so great because of the employees.
I took the car in for 30,00 mile checkup maintenance and to have the radio fixed. They did a reset on the radio, but it has not solved the problem. When I put the car in reverse and then into drive, the radio and backup camera go out. If I hit the Bluelink button and then shut the blue link button off, the radio and backup camera comes on.. This is a problem that is progressing. I googled this problem on the internet and found a lot of other customers that bought the 2012 Sonata are having the same problem. I E-mailed the Dealership about this but have not had a response. This needs to be fixed before the whole GPS system goes down. I love this dealership and the service I have received in the past has been excellent.

We are sorry to hear that the hard reset on the radio and backup camera did not solve everything intermittent issues are always the hardest.  Of course it was working both before and after our reset attempt.

Norm will reach out to you directly and we'll come up with a new plan.  Although the factory warranty on that system ended years ago, your extended service contract will cover it for many more years and miles ahead, and we'll do what we can to find a final solution for you ahead of that.
