I am soory to hear that.  Sounds like we did not explained good enough for you to understand.  Factory warranty does not have deductibles but most of extended warranty does.  It should be on your contract.  We will print out and give you a copy next time you come.  Thank you for taking your time and fill out the survey.

Worst Dealer Service ever
Was finally able to schedule through e-mail. This place is disorganized and has terrible systems. I would really avoid them. They take forever and then dont complete the job so you have to come back again. The only way to schedule is through e-mail as you can never get people on the phone. They are very stingy with the number of loaner cars in service so when they take forever expect to pay alot for a rental car.

Poor customer service and very slow
I just recently got my car serviced here for a problem in my steering wheel. Thank god it was under warranty but when I got my car back. It had a problem that I didn't have. I was not able to open my trunk or gas tank. I was at the gas station and I couldn't open anything. I looked in manual and called was not helpful. I had to go back to dealership and was a big waste of time. They didn't even apologize and I have to say, every time I go to this place, it takes them 15 min to talk to you. You have to stand around and wait when there is no line or people waiting. Very poor customer service. Unfortunately this is the only dealership in my area.

Justin Gonzales was very professional and thorough in processing my paperwork. Repairs were done in a very timely manner. He kept me updated on the progress of my car. For future car issues I will make sure I request Justin his exceptional follow through made my visit a pleasurable one.

Finally!
I was glad that the service department was finally able to fix my gas tank issues this visit. This was the 4th time taking my car to the dealer to get it fixed and prior to this visit it was never actually fixed. It did take about a week to get my car back which was also inconvenient but that comes with the territory

Necessary, but expensive repair
There was an additional repair that needed to be made, but I did not get a quote of how much it will cost. I will tightening my belt for a while. Maybe I cannot afford to be a car driver.

My service rep was awesome!!
My service advisor took time to talk and play with my four year old son! The time spent waiting was watching cartoons and having a hotdog. The service was quick and I didn't have an appointment! My normal maintenance and recall were taken care of super quick! Thank you for getting this mom back on the road in no time!
