 Thank you for speaking with me today and sharing your concerns with your drop in fuel mileage. Like we discussed there are many factors that contribute to fuel mileage. As we did perform the scan testing and found nothing that would correlate to a loss in mpg, I do appreciate you performing your own true mileage test. Please keep me informed of your mileage and if it continues to be less than desired, we can conduct a fuel mileage consumption test with you. Rest assured we sincerely appreciate you as a loyal guest and will do everything within our means to keep you a happy Hyundai owner.

Outstanding Experience
I had a blowout on my passenger side rear tire on Interstate 95 in St. Augustine. I had to call Hyundai roadside assistance to have a tow truck sent out and take me to Hyundai of St. Augustine. I had an outstanding experience all around!! I purchased my Elantra from another dealership, but I will be coming back to Hyundai of St. Augustine for future service.

Superior Experience
From the gentleman that met my car as I drove in, to the service advisor, to the mechanic who came and found me to tell me the results it was a truly first rate personalized customer service experience! I came in with no appointment for an emergency with my tire and the handling of my problem was expedited by all involved. I was upset and very concerned and the whole experience put at ease and comfortable. I was out in no time with the problem solved and one other matter I brought to their attention as resolved. I can't wait to return for my next oil change.

THE best service there is! Friendly, efficient, quality work, fair price and beautiful waiting area. They just added a work station for customers. I understand why the are Hyundai's #1 dealer. Only thing better than a Hyundai is St. Augustine Hyundai service!
