I had a wonderful experience at Hyundai in St. Augustine! My service advisor Roger was great! He returned my call about scheduling was the first gold star! Next he arranged for me to be shuttled to my job. I had the most wonderful man to shuttle me to and from work. He was very polite and kind. I regret that I didnt get his name! Roger called me a short time later to let me know they had already started working on my car and explained the service teams recommendations ONE HOUR early! They completed the job before my original appointment start time! No pressure at all to upgrade or for add ons that typically happen. Also my car has 175,000, so I was fully expecting the spiel about trading in my car and to try sell me a new one. Not one single word about it! YAY! Check out was smooth and quick. Overall a delightful, easy experience. I will definitely come here from now on! :)

Hyundai of St Augustine is Fantastic!
I can’t begin to express how grateful I am to Hyundai of St. Augustine. We were traveling through Florida when we developed car trouble. Even though we didn’t have an appointment, they took us straight in. Everyone was welcoming and friendly. We were allowed to take our dog into the waiting room. Our car was up and running in less than two hours. I highly recommend Hyundai of St. Augustine!

I highly recommend Hyundai of Saint Augustine. I drove down from Jacksonville because a trust them to take care of my 2019 Santa Fe (my fourth vehicle from their dealership) guess you can say we are a family of Hyundai’s as my step daughter just bought hers, and my husband drives a Tucson, mine is a Santa Fe, and I used to own a Sonata. Car shopping or service I recommend Hyundai of Saint Augustine.

Excellent customer service
Every time that I have gone to Hyundai of St. Augustine, I have always received excellent customer service. Roger is an excellent adviser and is very hands on and will make sure that you are totally satisfied before you leave. He also takes the time to explain what was done to your car and what is recommended and why. I appreciate the hands on approach. The waiting area is also very clean and comfortable. All repairs have always been done in a timely manner as well.

The people. George was our sales person two years ago. The best car sales person we have ever encountered. It was nice to see him at the service visit. Roger in service, was excellent. We appreciate his time and patience explaining the multi-point check , what was needed, what was not needed and why. Great experience overall .
