Good Afternoon, Im sorry this visit took longer then expected I was hoping there was an easy fix for the top compartment and had the tech looking into if it could be fixed with a spring instead of needing a whole new unit which pushed your time in the shop over the expected time a bit. My appologizes! We hope to make your next visit faster and thank you for making me aware of things I can make better.

No pressure! genuine kind people who know their stuff
I am in the area for a short time from MA and have had bad experience with two MA dealerships. NOT THIS ONE! This is my fifth Hyundai and I wouldn't drive anything else!

Owner Marketing and Customer Feedback?

You send an email, stating it's a survey and it turns into a posted review? Change the wording of your misleading email.

The email starts by thanking me for 'servicing' my Accent which is grammatically incorrect. Your service department mechanics 'serviced' my Accent. Not me. I brought my Accent in for 'service'.

I've brought up the issue of a survey becoming a posting before and the issue has gone unaddressed. Hyundai needs to get its corporate 'survey vs. posted review' act together.

I've also sent multiple responses to the phony marketing emails I've received over the years. And never received a response.

Feel free to look me up in your system and get back to me by phone call. It would be great to talk to someone in 'Owner Marketing and Customer Feedback'. Not an email. Or don't. If it doesn't matter to Hyundai it really doesn't matter to me.
