Thank you for the survey and your comments.

We consitantly try to accomodate our customer's needs.
Loaner vehicles being available are never an issue if they are scheduled ahead of time. Because of the demand/popularity of such a great feature as loaner vehicles, it is difficult to have extras on hand with little or no notice.

I would like an opportunity to speak with you about the matter so we may not have the same situation happen again.

We really do appreciate & value your business.

loaner car philosophy is not acceptable to me
I find the loaner car system unacceptable. I have a Genesis R-Spec and don't believe I should be discouraged ( by the length of time, 2 weeks, I have to wait for one).

I do apologize that you had to wait 2 weeks to reserve a loaner vehicle. Most of the time we cam put customers in a loaner vehicle in a weeks time.
I am sorry that you were incovnenienced.

too long, unnecessary upselling
Took two hours for oil change and inspection, "recommended" replacement of cabin filter to be replaced at regular scheduled service in 2k more miles. Hyundai service within 25 miles is now at 0-3. Looks like I'll be going to Sears Auto or a local garage.

Lying to me about the service I got last year, upon giving it another chance this year, was treated extremely poorly.
I'm wondering if being a single older woman led to me being lied to and taken advantage of. My hubcaps were put back on incorrectly, my new windshield wipers were replaced, and upon stating the ones on it were new, I was made out to be a liar. I was misquoted a final billing price on the phone, and I was told I couldn't bring my car back for any reason unless I paid several $1000's of dollars for maintenance work to be done, since the car has over 60,000 miles on it. I don't have that amount of money in my back pocket, so I won't be able to bring my car back to you. I was always very impressed and felt well taken care of until this past year at Freedom. Now I feel Steve is a liar, and taking the opportunity to rip me off. I am severely disappointed.

Explain charges more thoroughly
Prices were high for what I had done. When they explained what had to be done, they didn't include tax. When they were explaining what I needed done I thought the fluid change was included in the price he gave me. Good thing I opted for not doing the one fluid change(didn't have to be done yet) because I thought it was included,the way he explained it.

I am from Florida and was visiting Pennsylvania. The service person Mr. Enerhardt was extremely helpful. He explained all my options with regards to my issue and immediately had my vehicle in the service bay. Before I knew it I was informed that my vehicle was ready.
