customer service status quo.
I do not know if my customer service concerns were met. I received emails saying that this issue was going to be addressed. His email says he is going to correct the issues. Are the corrected? I have not been back to confirm. Has anyone tested the training and proceses? I have not. Therefore, my overall rating for my actual service experience remains the same.

I did receive two emails from Joe K. I made my suggestions on customer service improvements in the service area. His reply email is below:

I am going to send you a check for $50.00 for the inconvenience we caused and while I understand this in no way makes up for level of service you experienced, I do ask that you fill out a Re-score survey (that I will be sending out to you) and I hope we can win back your confidence on your next visit with us. Please feel free to contact me personally if I may ever be of assistance.

My reply to his email is below:
Thank you for your reply. With your attention to executing, implementing, and monitoring the customer service training and process improvements should result in positive customer experiences.

No need to send me $50.00. My expectation was to express my concern. I did so with the survey and your contact with me.

I went for an all change and it took two hours. I expect to be in and out within 30 to 45 minutes. Be prepared to sit and wait.

A whole mess of issues
My engine gave out on 16 due to a recall I was unaware of in late September. Got my car to the dealership, 7 months later the engine had finally been replaced only to find that there are now also a slew of other problems with the car. My car was fully serviced 2 months prior to the engine incident, and now my ABS is out and my battery is dead. Both of these were non existent issues prior to my car sitting on the lot at Hyundai for 7 months. Now I’m out another 3k in repairs for stuff that has happened either due to the engine issue or while in Hyundai’s care. They pretty much said I pay up for the repairs or have it towed elsewhere.
