They did the work and got it right the first time.
The windows in my 2016 Tucson suddenly quit working. I called to make a service appointment, knowing that this should be under warranty. The person I spoke to was difficult and unwilling to work with me to make sure the repair would be under warranty. Thankfully, when I arrived for my appointment, the staff on hand were willing to work to communicate with me effectively (I am Deaf) and repaired my vehicle in a timely manner. It only took one day longer than expected. They got it fixed, and all is well.

Too long to wait for a routine oil change.
11:20 oil change appointment scheduled but I did not leave till 1:30, that was after I got up and complained. There was no extra service done on my care. I feel I was forgotten about. They did apologize and did not charge me for the service.

With regard to my recent 2 star review of your dealership, I want to thank Cheryl the service rep for contacting me. The dealerships concern is appreciated. I will be returning to the dealership next week to recheck the wear on my tires with the technician. Additionally a free alignment check will be performed. Hopefully, this will turn a very unsatisfying experience back to the 5 star dealership that I have been using for the past 2 1/2 years.

Great experience until i tried to leave. No-one told me where my vehicle was parked. When I did find it , I was blocked in by another vehicle with an employee speaking with him. I had to getout of my vehicle and ask him to move. He told me "in a minute.". Not the greatest customer service.

Ok service
Took car in for oil change. Told I needed a new battery, wipers, ect. I went ahead with those items. I was told I needed an emissions service. I said no at this time. However, when sitting at a light, I noticed the idling was not right. I called Hyundai, had to return for service. A loaner car was offered. Nothing was found to be wrong with the idle, however, they once again said car should have an emissions service. I said go ahead. Car running well now.
