Great Experience with calm, professional atmosphere.

Michael Hedden was probably not expecting a walk-in prospect early on a Monday morning, yet he was able to adapt quickly, providing exceptional customer service, and knowledge. His low key, persistent approach definitely exceeded my expectations. Because he listened to me, after looking at a few vehicles, I ended up purchasing the first car Michael suggested. His attitude was one of positivity, which gave me confidence in the process as we moved forward. There were more than a few hurdles, (On my end.) that made it more complicated, yet Michael was unflappable, handling each seemingly seamlessly, with the help of a great team supporting him. The other "Michael's" and Paul were able to step in to bring everything together so I could drive home in a new (Newer!) vehicle!! It was obvious that the "team" is a good one at Mike White Ford!

customer care needs work

Brought my truck in for a standard 5,000 service, which is normally done in 45-60 minutes. Did not require tire rotation . After 1 hour, work still not done. I had to leave, but it was agreed that I would be back by 5:15. I came back an hour earlier and waited another half hour. The attendant wanted to charge me for new wipers and 2 new filters, even though I have always had the extended maintenance option. For some reason, this is not the first time my option has not been immediately recognized. I finally left after a total of 1 and a half hours, without my usual free car wash coupon, as I discovered.

Costumer service is great

They did a great job servicing my truck however it appears they forgot to reset my oil life monitor and ran over time by about 20 minutes so I was late to work but it was all good.

Friendly service

Friendly and good service. But the last time I had my vehicle serviced, the tire psi was not correct. The brand of tire I have, the recommended psi is 51. This time when I took the vehicle in for service, I informed the tech the recommended psi for the tires. Again the tires were set at 35 psi.

I went in for an oil change and the Service Manager went over items that needed attention. I’m not an auto novelist so I appreciated him telling me the items that needed service. With my Ford rewards it only cost me $20 to get everything done. Much appreciated!

Scheduling troubles

Extremely difficult getting an appointment for a simple oil change made me feel that because our warranty provides free oil changes we are given the lowest of priority. We actually decided to go in person and plead with staff for service as we were about to make a 3000 mile trip. Asked for the manager who just happened to be present and he squeezed us in in in 10 days. We started seeking an appt 6 weeks prior to departure and was turned down by service personnel.
