5-Star Service As Always
First of all, the Service Advisors at Hyundai-Pittsburg, CA are always so very polite and receptive. From the time you drop off your car to the time you’re ready to drive your car off the service lot, the Service Advisors are friendly and ready to listen and assist. Kevin Velazquez has been my Service Advisor for countless times. He’s very nice and always willing to accommodate appointments, always explains the work that was done to my vehicle when it requires more TLC than just a standard oil change, and no matter how busy the Service Dept gets, Kevin maintains a friendly disposition. Hopefully Hyundai will acknowledge and commend him for his customer service and vehicle knowledge.
