CHECK-OUT: Electric failure is what my car suffered. Lancaster Auto took my headache and kept trying until they found the problem and with awesome skill fixed the Light Control Module (LCM). There were 3 more electric problems they fixed - the headlight plugs, the frayed wiring harness, and the bad positive terminal cable. Few shops would dare try to fix electric problems! Time was a needed factor because these issues are the worst. During the extended stay they fixed and replaced other things the car needed for a very reasonable price. I will return for further car maintenance and recommend this shop. One more thing: People are people and therefore do unto others as you have them do unto you! I expect these mechanics to be treated with kindness and honor because they truly deserve the basic good manners of human behavior. The management is right in there working hard with their staff. After all, Lancaster Auto does well regardless of these '5-star' ratings because word of mouth is keeping their lot moving cars in and out. I should get 5 more good years out of my 2005 Lincoln Town car and maybe more with Lancaster Auto taking care of it. Well done guys!
