We've been using S&P for years.
I got the quote, have been happy with there work before, and couldn't have come at a good time I realize.
But the work they did was outstanding and they honored the parts and labor for earlier work in which a ball joint failed under their shop warranty period.
I did have to explain it to their intake and again to their estimator, which was a little frustrating; pointing out I had the lower ball joints replaced in November and under 12,000 miles and under 12 months.
They honored the labor and parts replacement under their terms and the ride is exactly as it was when the truck was new.
Everyone deserves an honest wage for honest work and the shop did not give me any hassle about the replacement parts or labor for the previous work.
It seems parts suppliers aren't doing as good of a job as they did in times past.
