I'd Buy It Again

I bought the vehicle new. The Deep Impact Blue paint is beautiful. Very nice styling. Good fuel economy. The handles surprisingly well on twisty roads. It's actually fun to drive if you shift your own gears.

Post warranty problems

A loyal Ford owner but have had a lot of unexpected problems with 2014 Ford Fusion Hybrid. On the same service visit (just past car warranty period) I learned that the lug nuts needed replaced and my instrument cluster needed replaced. Despite this being an issue with other owners, no recall issued. Had to spend $$$$ to get replaced. I will NOT be buying another Ford.

2014 Ford Fusion. 1.5 L turbo charged engine

Transmissions are a problem with this vehicle. Should be a recall on that issue. Definitely need to keep up with oil changes. The.6 turbo charge engine definitely works better than the 1.5 turbo charge engine. Car had 41,000 mile when I purchased it. At 150,000 miles started to have transmission issues. So common that you can’t even get a rebuilt one. Would not recommend this vehicle.

This vehicle is nothing to brag about. It has good gas mileage. The front passenger seat is too low to the ground and feels awkward. I will not buy another Fusion. I feel that I paid too much for it. The first thing that happened was that the"S" in fusion fell off.

4 years old and only 27,000 miles. 3 recalls so far and just had a solenoid go. Have always owned Fords about to say bye-bye to them. The allegiance is wearing thin. Not as dependable as it use to be.

2014 Ford Fusion

I absolutely love this car. I bought it brand new in 2014. I was disappointed at how many times i had to go back to the dealer to get "bugs" worked out in the beginning, and there are problems with the backup camera. Mine works intermittently. The problems started right after the warranty expired. Being that it is an intermittent problem, I feel like it is probably an easy fix, but they want to charge $95 just to diagnose the problem, and I refuse. So I am disappointed with that. Overall, it is a very comfortable and very spacious car. I do love it.

Good Car but:

The Ford Fusion Titanium is a sturdy car however the interior is on the cheap side. The seats are uncomfortable for a long ride over an hour. The brakes aren’t bad but aren’t great either at hi-way speeds to a dead stop. The echo-boost motor is strong 2.0 liter. Transmission shifts are hard but trustworthy.

Love My 2014 Fusion

Had a Focus, dual clutch slippage didnot like it.Had a Fusion, but was totalled when I was hit from behind. Bought the current vehicle used, was overcharged,do like the vehicle overall, but feel that I am paying to much.

Ford should do another recall

Ford should be ashamed that they are allowing this car to be unsafe. I’m a veteran and I love my car but I am having major issues that seems to be the standard for people who own this vehicle. My car was shutting off on 495. My life was in danger. My son has the same Ford Fusion but newer and his stays in the shop. People are complaining about weird noises and then the car stalls. Then there is serious heat burning underneath the driver side. I’m afraid the car is going to catch on fire. I saw on line recently after having problems that this was a recall back in 2015. Called the dealer in Lanham they said it’s no longer a recall but the seatbelts are. What!!!

My Fusion

we used to drive a Lincoln MKZ and have been greatly surprised by the ride and comfort of this car. The car with the eco boost motor is very responsive, you think you are driving the Lincoln. The car is also very quiet and comfortable, and with the Sirius radio it is a pleasure to go on road trips, really a great road car.

Great car!

Purchased a Titanium Fusion from Wendle, primary for the all wheel drive. Had the car for a year now and still love it. Great to drive and I get a lot of complements. I do a lot of highway driving and the ride is great. The gas milage is not what is advertised, but other than that, its a great car.

My first Ford

I was a Chevy person my whole life; however, Ford had a more comfortable car, more options, and a better price for the money l had. I am very happy with my first Ford. I got the hybrid SE and am planning on an all wheel drive platinum next time. The fusion is great!

2014 Ford Fusion Hybrid

We have had our Fusion SE hybrid for just over a year and have 15,000 miles on this car. The Fusion is very stylish & sporty looking. Fuel economy since we picked up our car has averaged 46.5 mpg overall with half highway & half city driving. We are very pleased with the fuel economy! The continusly variable transmission is very smooth and you can hardly feel the transmission shift from electric to engine mode. The only way I know which engine is operating is if I'm watching the sync screen. Trunk space is slightly limited due to the electric battery in the trunk but is sufficient for my wife and I for a week long trip. We have the heated leather seats and they are comfortable enough for a 10 hour driving day. We often have my elderly mother in the car and she finds the rear seats to be easy to get in and out of. Plenty of room for 4 adults. We particularly like the sync and hands free phone capability. We have had no mechanical or other maintenance issues. Overall, I would rate this car a 10 out of 10.
