Nothing but issues

My entire dash would shut off while driving. Couldn’t see speed and sensors wouldn’t work. Car took awhile to turn over after screen shut down while driving. Locked me out a few times too

Sleek and Easy to Handle

Love my Kona it is luxury with out the price.. The color is different from ordinary basic black, gray, white, blue and red. The ride is smooth easily handles curves and hills whatever the taurine. It is exceptionally responsive to take off time from the floor to the pedal. But I won't suggest speeding. This is my second Kona. The performance of the first 2019 Kona is what made me want to purchase another. I would have given it more stars in my review but the trunk is small even though the seats let down.

Car

It’s a car it drives. Each time I brought my car in I told them there was a problem with phone charging station. Nothing was done. Until this last time the mechanic found the issue and said he ordered the part. Well the issue is still there. No calls or emails from Hyundai. This is how they’ve been since the get go

Overall happy with the car.

I do like my 2024 Kona LTD, but there are some things I wish were different. I previously owned a 2011 Tucson with leather seats. I found the leather to be more supple in that model, than the newer models. Also the seat in the 2024 Kona model is deeper than the 2011 Tucson. When you’re selling to shorter customer, that difference in seat depth matters. I’m also not 100% sold on keyless ignition. It’s nice at times, but I like to know when the key is out of the ignition the car is most definitely OFF!

Had to fix the sunroof three times

Trying to get a refund from the corporate office every time that send me an email wanting the same information with a new case number I felt like this was their way of saying the case got settled within 30 days I now have for case numbers no refund

Brakes scrape when car has sat overnight, Bluetooth has to constantly be disconnected and setup and paired! Sunroof wouldn’t work after an upgrade they knew about it and never communicated it to me until I complained about my sunroof
