2024 Hyundai Kona. White, with black trim.

I have been happy with my 2024 Hyundai Kona since the first time I drive it in the Fall of 2024. It still drives so smoothly and is very good on gas. I have owned it 19 months, and I am still very proud of it when I walk out to my car in a parking lot. I was extremely happy with Gary Rome Hyundai in Holyoke MA. Everyone is extremely professional and helpful. My Sales Representative , Philip Brecker is excellent! I will Lease again from Gary Rome Hyundai, in the future.

The car is flimsy when I ride on the highway it shakes. Too small

Do not like this car at all. It’s flimsy , shakes , have the time I can’t get the app to work to start the car . I am leasing it and cannot wait for the lease to be over.

Leave me alone I do not want to submit this. Please leave me alone

I was unable to drive for several months and my vehicle did not start. Roadside assistance had to tow it to the dealer and it was a problem vs just replacing the battery. I found it a problem when a vehicle only has 8,000 miles that it would not start.

Engine issues with low mileage

Everything was good until Feb 26. I bought new in 24 and all is great but then in Feb 26 I got an engine light but car was due for service so took in for both an oil change etc and check on the engine light. I only have 3500 miles on the car in 2years. Picked up and everything seemed fine. After around 2 weeks I was out driving and came to a stop light and the rpms went from .7 to 1.9 and engine light came on again. So took back for service Mar 2. and they advised that they were replacing camshafts. Picked up car on Mar 18. Had for 2 weeks and didn't drive much then went out and again came to a stop light and rpms again went from .7 to around 1.4 and engine light came on so took it in again on Apr 6. On Apr 20 I checked back and they said possible cylinder head but waiting on more test and could be a month or more. So not wanting to be without a car for months and figuring that the car was a lemon I traded in for a 2026 Tucson Hybrid. I loved the Kona as fun little car as I don't drive much but with the engine issues at 3500 miles it really made me upset. I have friends that have a Tucson and love it so I figured I would give that a shot and hope that the engine being different than the Kona doesn't have issues otherwise I will be changing brands as I have a Honda CRV and no issues at all.

Great vehicle!

I love my Kona with the exception of when it updates, everything goes back to the former owner and I don't know how to stop this! It's frustrating to try to fix, especially when I'm driving and can't get carplay to work or listen to my podcasts.
