2025 Kona thoughts

I purchased this Kona new. With gas creeping up to $5 a gallon, the mileage is decent but really decreases in winter using the heat and in summer using the ac. 41 might is average and I can live with it. The design and placement of the windshield wipers still leaves me scratching my head. Why in heavens name did someone design these wipers to NOT fully come up from the windshield? Is there a secret process I'm not aware of to get them to pull up completely from the windshield? Really bad design and cheap wiper blades front and back. The car handles ok for the most part. WhenI asked about oil change intervals at the dealership I got varying responses of evert 3 thousand miles up to every 6 thousand miles. Can someone clarify this? I thought every 3 thousand miles went the way of the dodo years ago with the use of synthetic oil. Also of note is the placement of brake lights. They seem to be to far down on the body of the rear of the car, lower than a usual line of sight from behind. Overall it's a fairly comfortable vehicle. I just hope the engine doesn't seize like my 2015 Santa Fe did.......

Love my kona

I waa skeptical about going from a 2016 Tucson to a 2025 Kona as it is a smaller vehicle but it has lots of room inside and is spacious for my needs

Love my little SUV

The 2025 Kona is a great little SUV that is cute, comfortable and gets great gas mileage. Folding rear seats allow for moving large objects. Also has a large easy to use touch screen and very good sound system. Love the remote climate auto start!

Nice small SUV

This is my 6th Hyundai and I am generally pleased with Hyundai products. This is my 2nd Kona. This one is the updated version. They did a nice job with the look but the gas mileage is not as good.

Kona Check Up

My wife came in a for an oil change on her Kona with only 20,000 miles and there was a low tread report on her tires. Nobody told her that when she left. Kind of dangerous to be driving without someone making sure she understood the danger.

Nice ride!

My Kona is terrific. Drives well, bells and whistles, comfortable and convenient. I locked myself out of the house in Vermont mid-winter— with just a tee shirt on. I was able to open my car and warm up while the locksmith came. It has a moderate efficiency (~26 mph so far), but all the other perks still make it great buy!

My Kona

Beautiful car overall. Wanted a blue color but red was our next choice. Nice to drive around town where most of our driving occurs. Planning a long trip to California in June. We will see how comfortable the car is and how it performs.
