Great car for the money.

So far one of the best cars I have owned in over 50 years of driving and buying. Creature comforts are exceptional, outside styling is eye catching, performance is equal to the Hylander that I previously owned. Definite buy recommendation, if you can find one.

Great car!

Great service from salesman and sales manager. Financial guy was great! We have been to Stones Hyundai twice and had a good experience every time. The service could use some practice on keeping their word.

Almost Perfect

The Palisade is IMO the best 3 row SUV you can buy. It offers the best overall value of any other competitor. Fair price, lots of features, great build quality, reliability and comfort. There are two features that I'd like to be standard in Limited and Calligraphy trims to make this perfect, power folding mirrors and adaptive headlights, those two are missing and shouldn't. Everything else is done brilliantly.

Pure perfection

I love everything this vehicle has to offer. The style, comfort, safety features, cost and more! I am so happy with this purchase. I was on my way to buy new blinds for my house when I asked my husband to make a quick stop at the dealership. I saw it, I drove it, and fell in love! My husband laughs that it’s the most expensive trip he has ever had to buy new blinds. I brought my new blinds home in my brand new Palisade. I’m so happy that we stopped by the dealership on the way!

Outstanding experience in all categories.

Best value mid-size SUV you can get, the driver assistance tech and experience is greater than any competitor at this price point, great HUD integration, comfortable to drive all around. Excellent, handling in rain and snow with smart drive mode the primary mode used! Auto-hold and start stop are great too!

Totaled in accident, walked away without a scratch.

I was in an accident that totaled my 2021 Palisade.I walked away miraculously without a scratch. The policeman told me he is definitely purchasing a Palisade for his wife after seeing how well I was protected. I refused to replace my vehicle with anything different than another Palisade. I did get the 2022 Palisade. Y’all hit a home run with this vehicle. It is perfect!

Perfect Palisade

The Palisade combines the comfort of a modern luxury vehicle with an SUV. It has all the high tech amenities and the cargo/hauling capacity of an SUV. We are very happy with the head and leg room for ourselves AND our passengers. The A/C power to the 3rd row also leaves no one regretting being in the way back. It's great!

Love our Palisade

My wife and I were amazed how well equipped and luxurious the car is. On par with luxury brands like Lexus, Audi, Infiniti. The 3rd row was important to us as we were expecting our 3rd child. Other 3-row SUV's had a very small, almost non-existent 3rd row. The Palisade has plenty of room in the back row for an average sized adult without compromising the middle row's comfort.

Great vehicle

I had Santa Fe(s) and loved them but needed a bit more room. When the Palisade came out it caught my eye. I wanted to wait a year or two to see how it rated with with buyers, and reliability. My purchase experience was that the Palisade was very limited in the Color/combinations it came in. Basically black/charcoal, wine, white, and silver. It also boasted class 3 towing capability but it was pre wired for only to a junction point under the rear wheel fender skirting- then- connected from there to the towing wire harness connector box at the rear with a 4 wire connector. So really until you changed out that wiring harness connection from the rear fender to the hitch - it isn’t really class 3. That costs extra- and they didn’t sell the wiring harness for Palisade (they didn’t make it for palisade - but did for the sister vehicle (Kia Telluride) so I had to buy the harness from a Kia dealer and install it myself. why they didn’t sell it also as a Hyundai part I don’t know. It fits- it works- they’re the same vehicle as far as frame /engine etc with different sheet metal design differences. For this part- they’re identical. Otherwise- it’s a comfortable reliable vehicle that I expected from Hyundai.

OVERALL THE EXTERIOR LOOK OF THE CAR IS NOT AS SPORTY AS THE KIA TELLURIDE. THE INSIDE DID LOOK MUCH MORE DURABLE AND HIGH QUAILITY THAN THE KIA THOUGH. WENT TO MANY DIFFERENT DEALERS OF THE SAME CLASS OF CAR AND THIS ONE HAD THE BEST COMBINATION OF FEATURES, SIZE AND PRICE. AFTER ONE YEAR WITH THE CAR THERE WERE A NUMBER OF THINGS OVERLOOKED IN THE DESIGN AND IN THE PARTS. I HAVE BEEN TO THE SHOP 4 TIMES IN LESS THAN 365 DAYS, NOT INCLUDING 2 OIL CHANGES, AND THE DEALERSHIP IS USUALLY BOOKED 3 WEEKS OUT FOR AN APPOINTMENT.

Comfortable and Classy

Great vehicle to both drive and ride in. Everyone in every seat has plenty of room. Lighting, climate control, stereo system and noise levels make for a great vehicle to take on our long trips. So many safety features and gas mileage is pretty good for a vehicle this size.

Nice to drive with a lot of features!

Palisade is a good large/family SUV (with a capacity of 7 person) with very smooth driving experience. Gas mileage is okay for this class of SUV. It has a ton of features for this price point. Overall, a good value of money if you are in market for a 7 seater SUV.

To make a better car for the future

Overall the car is good with a lot of problems. Minute but to me they are big because the way it’s been designed and engineered and put together in my sincere opinion not good enough. To redesign the score I need to ask the people who driving it for living and I will let you know what’s missing in it.

Great SUV. Needs a DVD player!!

Great SUV but it needs a DVD player. I have lots of DVD and would Love to listen to them while driving. Can't find a converter for the Palisade to play them.! Only real complaint about this SUV, everything else is excellent.!
