Most amazing vehicle I have ever owned!

This car far exceeds my expectations. What an amazing and well-appointed car. Love everything about it! The interior lighting effects really surprised me. The user interface is easy to learn and has many hidden features. Love the heated and ventilated seats. Love this car! ?

Love my new '21 Palisade!

I am really happy with my purchase of the 2021 Hyundai Palisade. I bought it mostly for the quiet, comfortable ride. It drives WAY quieter than other three-row SUV's that I test drove. The quality of the interior stood out to me as well. And I like the roomy 3rd row with a push button allowing easy access. The radio, ventilation system, and the touchscreen are all intuitive to use. I got the SE model because I wanted the bench second row and I didn't want to pay to upgrade to the SEL with the Convenience and Premium packages to get the bench in that model, which would have cost me approximately $9K more than the SE that I bought. Because the SE is very basic, I dinged it on Fun To Drive and Features. I don't like the manual seat adjustment on the driver and passenger front seats. I also wish it had the blind spot monitoring. I paid to add front heated seats. All other extra features I can live without. All-in-all, I love my new car and would buy it again -even with the manual seats-.

Love the Palisades

We have only had the vehicle for a month, but so far we love it. Very comfortable and has so many great features to make driving easier and safer. Only one small complaint, it has more wind noise than expected.

Love my new “ride”!

I bought the Limited and there is not one more item I could imagine adding. This vehicle is loaded. Quite ride, spacious, loaded with safety features. The look is both luxurious and practical. My husband enjoys the vehicle too- it’s not a “mom mobile”!

2021 Palisade is Great!

My new 2021 Palisade Limited is everything I could ask for. The styling is beautiful. The interior space is expansive. The safety features give a sense of confidence in the event they are ever needed. I really like the heads up display and all the camera features make driving and parking so easy.

Happy with Palisade, but not the odor

Car is great but morning odor after sitting overnight is obnoxious. Car looks great, runs great and all the accessories work well, but takes quite a while learning how to use the navigation system and understanding all the features in the car.

I love my new car. It is comfortable inside. The car looks great on the inside and on the outside. I love to drive all around town. My new car fits 6 adults comfortable on a long drive. The price was great for the product I received.

Not the Hyundai of years past!

This vehicle is nearly perfect at a very fair price point! We were very happily surprised. Our only areas for improvement are very minor: Color selection is too dark for my taste, not a huge fan of the front end during the day (although it does look good at night). This vehicle has every feature imaginable except for one key feature. WHY no power fold side mirrors?!? This SUV is very wide for a mid size (it is about halfway between mid sized and full sized). Power folding side mirrors would be very handy for tight parking or just entering the drive through car wash. There is a very good reason why the Telluride and Palisade are at the top of the class.

I have only had my palisade for 2 weeks and I absolutely love it! It runs super smooth and I love how spacious it is. Great vehicle and I am glad I made this choice. Great driving vehicle with lots of room

I purchased the Palisade because it has the most room and features for the price. We were considering a Santa Fe but decided on the Palisade because fo the extra room and drive quality. We are very pleased with the decision and highly recommend the Palisade over the Santa Fe.

I have put a few thousand miles on my new Palisade in the first three weeks since the purchase. It is fun to drive and handles well. It comes with may great features including the driving assist, heads up display and full surround view when parking. One of the best vehicles on the market for the value.

Best car I have owned.

This is the 4th Hyundai and the best car I have owned. The quality and features make the car seem like it should cost twice as much. Very much fun to drive. And it still fits under my 6ft. garage door. Seats are very soft and comfortable. I can easily fit my 2 dog crates in the rear with plenty of room to spare.

Great ride with style

Love the room and comfort at a reasonable price for transporting grandkids and doing long trips. There is some road noise, but it is only on certain road types that are fairly rough. It has great fuel economy compared to my Durango.

This Palisade is everything I wanted in a suv. I had been looking at this one since they were released in 2020. This vehicle is roomy and has so many high tech perks on it. It’s awesome. The 2021 Palisade Calligraphy is a big hit with my family

I did a great deal of homework on this purchase and couldn’t believe all of the standard features that Hyundai packs into the Calligraphy trim level. My wife has a 2015 Sante Fe Ultimate that we love and the Palisade takes everything to yet another level. I looked at other SUVs in the same class and they all priced out at least $25K more to get comparable features. (The Kia Telluride - might be spelled wrong - came close but it is the sister vehicle to the Palisade so not surprising.). The Napa leather seats are beautiful and comfortable. My favorite feature is the blind spot cameras in the dash that show your blind spot when you hit the blinkers. It’s just plain cool. And most important of all, I can easily plop four full golf bags In the back and still have plenty of room for luggage.

As Good as a ? ? pick your name.

Very pleased with new Palisade. Has all the features we were interested in, competative price, great looks, really great interior. Looked at Cadillac similar vehicle and went with Palisade. Transmission and motor are very smooth but can be aggressive when wanted. See Michael for a great demonstration of a fine product. PS Hyundai has a huge factory in Georgia which keeps Americans working.

SO PLEASE AND THANKFUL

NEVER, let me say that again, NEVER have I ever went into a car dealership and received the exact vehicle I was looking for until I went into Universal Hyundai. My sales man Giovannie knew every single detail about the interior and exterior of my vehicle (2021 Palisade). I was very nervous going into the dealership, not sure what my outcome would be but Giovannie reassured me I would get what I was looking for WHITE EXTERIOR, LEATHER INTERIOR, SUNROOF, 8 SEATER W/ BENCH & of course GREAT ON GAS!!! just to name a few things : ) Then Ramsey let me know that I would be well taken care of and if I ever needed anything, I could reach out to him or Giovannie. I had a Mercedes C300 and got rid of it because to be honest UNIVERSAL HYUNDAI was a better choice for myself and my family. From the moment I walked in the dealership I felt like this was my NEW CAR FAMILY!
