Great Features, Terrible Reliability and Service Experience

I really wanted to love my Palisade. The comfort, technology, interior space, and features are pretty good, but my ownership experience has been overshadowed by a persistent drivetrain problem. The vehicle developed a noticeable hesitation/rough downshift around 16mph that multiple Hyundai dealers initially dismissed as normal or could not duplicate. Eventually, Hyundai determined that the transmission needed to be replaced. My vehicle spent approximately six weeks in service, the first replacement transmission was defective, and a second transmission had to be installed. Despite TWO replacement transmissions being involved, the original hesitation/downshift problem still exists. What has been most disappointing is how difficult it has been to get a legitimate concern acknowledged and resolved. A vehicle with this level of features should also provide confidence in its reliability and manufacturer support. Unfortunately, my experience has provided neither.

Surprising things missing at this price point!

Overall a nice car but no place to store sunglasses, cargo area is VERY easily scratched leaving white marks in the black plastic, intermittent electrical glitches which of course don’t show up for the service tech. This is second Palisade with same deficiencies so I know they are being built that way rather than a fluke

Hyundai Palisade Calligraphy Night Edition

I have had my Palisade Calligraphy Night Edition for two years now, and it still rides extremely smooth and I love it. I researched for three months all the different SUVs I was considering, and this won out hands down. I drove others, I did research online on all of them, and I never guessed I would choose it over the others, but I did, and I am not disappointed. I am puzzled why the Night Edition was not offered in the newer models because what all it offered was a lot of the selling point for me.

Great car - very happy

Almost exclusively a Ford owner. Switched because in 2024 Ford was removing features. Thing I like most is co Fort of seat. I’m 5’4” and I’m all Fords I had seat headrest always hit me wrong. Your design is good for any height. Thank you

This is my 2nd Palisade and I love it. It drives and rides nice and has great features in the calligraphy trim. I would like to see nicer leather and more cup holders.

Love My Palisade!

I am very happy with my 2024 Palisade because of the room inside the vehicle. I transport several things and it fits perfectly in the back end. The style is nice too! The cameras around the vehicle is one of the best features for safety. I highly recommend this vehicle.

Looks good on the outside but doesn't do well on gas. Quick to run into technical failures. Paint is easy to chip. Overall not as satisfied.
