Dealer wouldn’t give me seatbelt that was on recall so I sold it

This was a great car till I found out there was a recall on the passenger seatbelt and it could take a year to get the part for the recall. I drive little children in the car and that’s unacceptable.

Average Full Size SUV

Not impressed with Hyundai Palisade. Ride was fine for first 6 months and then issues started. Getting appointment at local dealerships for warranty work is impossible.

My Palasade

The one and only issue was the battery went dead in my FOB. I was able to get the key out but was unable to figure out to get key in the door behind the handle. made for a bad day.

Paint is coming off

I’m very dissatisfied. The door handles have been replaced at year one. Now, all four are losing the silver. People comment on the appearance of the calligraphy palisade. I paid too much for it to look like a used car. I called the manager, but he never called me back.

Great vehicle

Lots room for the 4 kids in car seats and lots usb ports for their many devices. Parking cameras are very good and feel like the gas mileage is pretty good for a large vehicle. The power folding third row seats are great feature.

Great comfortable car

Palisade has tons of features, it’s spacious and economic. The engine responds well. Looks luxurious With that said, it lacks on quality. My door panel warped, the paint PEELED 3-months after we got the car, the leather is peeling… HYUNDAI SERVICE IS HORRIBLE

Perfect for us.

After 2 years, the Pallisade has met all our needs and is fun to drive. Only problem has been the loss of remote features on faub. The cost to replace is $750. Rediculous.

Love our Palisade except

We really love our Palisade except one detail. The door handles finish rubs over after a year or so. I brought it up to the local service department and was told it wasn't covered under my extended warranty. I've owned several vehicles over the past 50+ years and this has never happened to any of those other vehicles, even ones that were much older. This seems to be a Hyundai issue and Hyundai should resolve this issue at the manufacturer level. They should also recall the defective door handles.

Mixed review for the Palisade

I fell in love with the Palisade when my husband bought his Tucson in 2022. We are true Hyundai people but I am so unhappy with the 2024 Palisade. Everything about it that I love is its safety. However I am not a young woman and the 300( !) pages of the tech instructions are way too complicated for me! So I cannot hook my phone up to the system or use anything on the dash comfortably. I would love to trade it in for a vehicle not as technically advanced in terms of communication. Also the navigation system is not as accurate as my phone.
