Is customer service deteriorating

The car was not detailed or filled with gas; it actually had no gas in it at all and we were 3 hours from home. We only received one key after we were told this car was a certified automobile and would get 2 keys and would be getting the full factory warranty from Hyundai as the car had roughly 10, 800 miles on it. There was one seatbelt holder broken in the back third row and no all weather mats in it or carpet ones we had to transfer ours from our 2024 Palisade limited. The chrome was peeling in the front grille and it had scratches and scuffs and scrapes all over the exterior not to mention that two of the interior seats were scratched into the leather as well as the suede headliner with a prominent scratch that was not pretty. There were scrapes on the glove box and the dash and Cheerios in the front passenger seat and more.

Perfect mix of luxury and quality

Such a joy to own and drive. So many sensible bells and whistles! Great power when it is needed. Excellent highway mpg for a vehicle of this size.

Not to mention 30 mpg open highway

18 months in and loving it so far. No problems, service for 5 years inspection, oil and bumper to bumper is awesome. Rides quiet and smooth and mileage is super, averaging 27 to 30 on highways. The ONLY issue I have is that when on cruise control and someone cuts in front of your or slows down to turn the braking is annoyingly rough. You need to pay attention and when there is even the possibility that someone is going to cut in front of you or enter your lane the car will slow down way to suddenly. Other than that, great vehicle. Auto pilot works well (not for sleeping LOL but great for short hands off situations, like checking the media, etc.)

Wonderful family hauler

I had done the research and had decided on the Palisade for sometime. We purchased a Calligraphy CPO. It's a beautiful car. It drives as you expect a 2+ ton SUV to drive. You won't win any races or be tearing up the corners, that's not the vehicle's intention. The space is great, no complaints with room. Seats are comfortable. Highly recommend the vehicle.

Luxury for Less

Love the car, but can’t understand why there are no power folding mirrors. If I am not mistaken, that issue has been addressed in the 2025 and newer models.

Great solid vehicle - LOVE it!

It is by far the most comfortable car I have ever owned - and there have been several great cars. The dash has the most wonderful large super clear display. The back up and parking camera is also very large and exceptionally clear. All the safety systems are great to have whether you think you need them or not. Better to have it and not need it than to need it and not have it. I end up being the carpool driver as everyone that gets in just loves the comfort of the vehicle. My best friend even went out and bought the exact same vehicle. The buttons in the trunk area are so convenient to put the 3rd row seats down and back up again, and it even puts the 2nd row seats down if needed. I will likely keep this vehicle for a long time as its just so great I can't imagine a better vehicle.

Dreadful

We had the car for 4 months with 1,600 miles when the check engine light came on. It took from August to January to determine it couldn’t be fixed and our money returned due to NH lemon laws.

Owning a Palisade Calligraphy for One Year

Impressive look drawing favorable comments, loaded with safety features, smooth ride and good gas mileage both in town and on the open road using regular gasoline. Still compiling a list of features, both comfort and safety, newly discovered.

Satisfactory vehicle

Everything is really enjoyable with this vehicle. The only thing I do not like is the push button gear shift. It makes it difficult to take the vehicle through a car wash without stopping the tracks unless you can tap the brakes just right to switch from neutral to drive.
