Lots of Problems Year 1

I've had too many issues for a brand new vehicle worth $55k in my first year of ownership- some of which still has not been resolved. There's been multiple safety recalls that haven't been repaired yet because parts are on back order. I'm having what acts like transmission shifting issues and vehicle sensor problems that can't be resolved because no codes are being produced. Yet my car slams on the brakes when backing up or moving forward from a stopped position because it thinks there's something in the way. When driving it acts like it's accelerating when I push on the gas but it doesn't accelerate and the temps go up like it needs to shift. It's jerky in this response. I'm not happy overall.

Fantastic Vehicle

Smooth riding and very comfortable car. Accommodates 6 adults well. Love the massaging driver’s seat. Heated and cooled seats are a plus. All around great car.

Lipstick on a pig?

Day one I was wowed at the lexus like vehicle with the price. 15k miles later on a 2025 i have 3 open recalls- long waits to fix- paint that is chipping and bubbling and a slow door lock/unlock to touch feedback. To sweeten the experience my third row seatbelt buckle is stuck. I can say this is my first hyundai purchase and i might lease in the future if the price is right but would not buy again.

Awesome SUV

This is my 7th new vehicle in my life so far and this one I'd say has the most comforts and all the bells you need! I love it and its my baby! I just wish the car lots had more color options cause burgundy is my favorite color!

Palisades

Have bought 4 Hyundai vehicles in the last 5 years and the quality has gradually gone downhill I have had 4 recalls on my 25 Palisades and am still waiting on 2 of them to be fixed. Used to only buy kia or Hyundai but due to quality I am considering something else.

Great Value

Overall I am pleased with my SEL Premium, altho there have been several recalls and one mechanical issue, which are inconvenient to have to deal with. However, the value for the cost is quite good. Will definitely consider another Palisade when upgrading.

The Palisade is Great

The Palisade Calligraphy is a great SUV. It is comfortable. It is quiet in the cabin. It is roomy and well appointed. I look forward to driving it for many years. I will have to look at the new Hybrid Palisade sometime.

Super satisfied with the vehicle except for one or two

I like the vehicle and enjoy most of features, but even if this is highest trim level, why is this not having "motorized side mirrors". Even worse, I read same vehicle in Korea has that function and button on the side. That means the feature was removed intentionally even though vehicle maker Hyundai can afford it. That's really unfortunate.

Sadly disappointed

I was loving my brand new Palisade for the first 3 months, then the parking sensor broke and so did the hands on steering wheel sensor. Then the paint and trim started coming off to reveal that it is only a very thin layer of paint to begin with. And not this special overcoat they put on planes to protect their paint as we were told. Then tried to make an appointment to address these issues and it was more than a month out! Oh! And the gas tank door has never worked properly since we bought this car. We have to pry it open. Not at all what I expected from a brand new car.
