Undiagnosable problem less than 1 year in.

Unfortunately our 2025 Palisade, bought brand new from the dealer, has an undiagnosable idling issue that causes it to stall out intermittently. This occurs even when the engine auto off/on is engaged.

I Love My Palisade BUT....

I love the body of my 2025 Calligraphy Palisade, all the technology that is included, the smooth ride, the roominess of the vehicle, the Emerald Green color, and the warranty. But I have been experiencing an issue where the vehicle quietly dies (stops) and all lights come on as if in auxiliary mode. This is a safety issue which makes me hesitant to drive my vehicle. I reported this to Hyundai Customer Care. However, since the technicians haven't been apple to duplicate the issue, there's nothing that can be done. This is an active case.

Overall, happy with comfort, handling, an instrument layout. In my opinion, replace toggle buttons with a press button. It is to easy to accidentally hit the toggles.

Very disappointed at the quality of the finish on the massive black grille on my 2025 Palisade. The coating stated chipping off immediately after taking delivery of the vehicle. It continues to chip off. There are only about 9k miles on the SUV and there are a hundred more chips. Hyundai knows of this issue on 2025 and previous years of the Palisade and is very selective on what they choose to do in the way of repairs. This issue is clearly a quality control deficiency and their reticence on addressing the issue and refusal to repair makes me question whether other quality issues will pop up and wonder if Hyundai will do right by their customers.

Frustrating

Have had the car a little over a year and the battery died while it was parked for several days! Already had to buy a new battery! Some of the safety features are a nuisance since I do not have children riding with me.
