I love my 2025 Palisade for all of its features and room.

My vehicle feels safe to drive in such a busy and congested city. Its safety features of lane assist, the cameras etc make this a vehicle that I will continue to drive for years to come.

It's great

When I drive the car isn't sealed you hear the air flying thru. And the pickup is so bad only after one year

Back your Product.

I have paint flaking on the front cap? It is a known issue by Hyundai as it is all over the internet with many claims. I was told by the dealer that corporate denied the claim. I asked to see the denial form corporate. No was the answer? I contacted customer service at corporate and they went through a scripted response of no with no facts at all. I ask Robby the Parts / Service Director to do a in person inspection and he agreed at Hallmark Hyundai Flowood. Then he went silent. There is no integrity or ethics by the dealership or customer service. Not even a physical inspection by the Service Director speaks volume after committing to due one.

Car not safe

Car stalls out in park and in drive. Due to electronic shifting the car automatically shifts to park when it powers off. Fortunately I am alive to write this due to being almost at a stop when it stalled while in drive. If I had been going faster I would have been in a bad crash at best. Dealership service department is dismissive and talks to me like I am an idiot and don’t know what I am talking about. Hyundai corporate has not responded with an answer as to them buying this death trap back. Meanwhile the dealership service department is telling me it is fixed and to come pick it up. I am afraid to drive this car.

Great SUV but Driver Assistance Needs Improvement

One of the best cars I have own. Quiet, comfortable, spacious and good on gas (for its size). Even with all the positives wouldn't buy again until they fix the Highway Driving Assist (HDA) system. Engaged it will keep you in your lane but constantly weaves to the right and left sides of the lane forcing you to take over steering to be sure not to hit a car in the adjoining lane if it is riding too close to the edge of its lane. It is the worst at keeping the car centered of any HDA systems I have used.

So far so good

I really like the Palisade. Only complaint is 4 recalls in the first year. Nothing major but I hope this isn’t an indication of future troubles.

Worst car purchase

The vehicle left us stranded in the middle of the road twice and the dealership did nothing. We even provided the service codes and they ignored us. So we too a huge loss and got rid of it before owning it a year.
