This little truck is fun to drive. It's faster than all other small and medium trucks. It's more comfortable than others. It has more tech than others. More reasonably priced. No negatives at all.

2 years old back to dealership on a flatbed

No heat fixed with a new thermostat no loaner. 2 days after repair overheating leaking coolant 50 miles from home. Loaner provided but was stranded for 2 hours Outdoors in the cold. Repairs made from a loose hose. No offer to make restitution for mechanics error.

Excellent Mix of Truck and SUV with plenty of power

Overall, the Santa Cruz is a great vehicle if you want the ability to haul medium sized items, but don't want a large truck that is inefficient on Gas. While the rear seats do not have alot of leg room, it still works well.

Radio and transmission issues

I continuously have problems with my radio staying connected to my electronic devices. I’m also having problems with the radio just turning on when it wants to. Sometimes in the very low gears, the transmission will not shift down a gear to get up a hill. And you have to be driving very fast for the transmission to shift into eighth gear. And then sometimes once it’s up there, it will shift down and not shift back up.
