LOVE my Santa Fe

With the exception of an electrical issue early on, this car is my dream vehicle. It's so easy to drive, with all the great features. And comfortable. We've taken it on many long trips - not only is it smooth, but the snow gear really saved our butts in a blizzard. We don't feel tired after driving hours, because the car practically drives itself. So many great features - I'm really glad we chose this car.

Some convenience features could be better

Very pleased with the vehicle. Not so pleased with the service department. The people are great. Maybe you’re understaffed I don’t know. Everything takes longer than it should.

Can't wait to turn this car in

I have had my Hyundai for 2 years and at less than 30,000 miles it needs tires. This is not surprising in that any time I am at a stop on a slight incline or I need to pull out quickly the tires spin and the car goes nowhere for 3 seconds unless I am going at a snails pace and it is dangerous. Forget it if it has started raining. Radio control panel is very finicky in that when my phone is plugged into the charger I cannot use my radio and Waze or Apple maps at the same time. I imagine it has something to do with the Bluetooth but messing with it while driving is not exactly safe. It is my first hybrid car and I appreciate having to get gas as often but the mileage is nowhere near what is should be. I'd say about 33 miles to the gallon. Family members also enjoy that the back seats are heated and the seats are spacious and comfortable

Love My Huyndai Santa Fe Hybrid

I love my Hyundai! The hybrid feature has me hooked. Aside from all the great features it has, my favorite is the gas to electric and visa versa. The ability to go from gas to electric automatically adds more miles to the gallon is great! I also don't have to worry about finding an electric station if my charge goes low. It automatically recharges itself when using the gas.

love all the features, gas mileage and convenient dashboard controls on my Santa Fe. The only item I don’t like is the hesitation in acceleration from a stopped position.

Sante Fe review

The Santa Fe is a nice vehicle except for the fact that the cruise control sucks. When coming to a stop and the vehicle in front of you is moving, the cruise control works good. If the vehicle in front of you is already stopped, the Santa FE approaches the vehicle very quickly and then puts on the brakes very hard and issues collision warning and beeping.

Love this Santa Fe

After having a red SUV for 15 years, we decided to go with a blue SUV and found the perfect Hyundai Santa Fe 2023 hybrid. It is a great car for us as a retired couple. We have room for us and others that we take with us. We’re so glad we bought this car.

Santa Fe works wonderfully!

We have not had any major issues with our Santa Fe. Changing the tire is different and contact a tow service to help change the tire.

Santa Fe 2023

Great crossover. I wish it had a gear shift, that alert sensitivity was adjustable, and that acceleration was more responsive from a full stop. Otherwise, I love my Santa Fe and am very pleased with my second Hyundai vehicle.

Trailer Wiring Harness and Carplay

Right after I purchased the vehicle, a recall came out for the wiring harness and I was told that I couldn’t put the car in the garage, etc., because of a fire hazard. Also, that being said I couldn’t even briefly leave kids or pets or valuable items in there. After about a year, I got the recall taken care of and the wiring harness worked for six months and now no longer works, and they can’t get a repair for it because of a worldwide shortage. If you can’t get it right, don’t offer it. It’s not that hard. The interface with CarPlay is beyond dangerous. For whatever reason the car will interpret that it is in the middle of the woods 2 miles off the highway while you were driving right down the middle of the highway.. it starts giving recalculating over and over and over again. This is especially dangerous in cities where there are numerous inter interchanges and traffic. As soon as you disconnect your phone from the vehicle, the phone is 100% accurate on where it is as soon as you plug it back into the Hyundai. It goes awry again. Sometimes it works fine and other times it does not and some of those times can be very dangerous. I’ve bought a new Hyundai about every 2 1/2 years for the last 10 years. This may be my last one.
