Front bumper on this vehicle was misaligned
When I first brought my new Hyundai Santa Fe to the dealership for a front bumper alignment issue, they kept it for about an hour and told me it was fixed. Unfortunately, the issue was not properly resolved.
The second time, the vehicle stayed at the dealership for 11 days. After replacing parts and attempting additional repairs, it initially seemed better, but over time the alignment issue became worse again.
At this point, I honestly feel the vehicle may have left the factory with a manufacturing defect. Based on what I’ve seen online and heard from others, I believe this may be a more common issue with some Santa Fe models than customers are being told.
I purchased this vehicle brand new and expected much better quality and support. I’m hoping Hyundai will step up, acknowledge the issue, and work toward a proper long-term resolution.
